Paris Fashion scout will also see London based designer Ping show her latest collection from her label PINGHE. Ping’s creativity and vision were originally broadcast during her time at the fashion house of Alexander McQueen; before launching her own ready to wear collection with the support of Harvey Nichols CEO Joseph Wan and former BFC Chairman, Harold Tillman.

Ping He’s designs are inspired by her love of architecture and structure. Her designs revolve around contrasting concepts – soft and strong, elegant and powerful – her clothing is sure to empower and flatter it’s wearer. Her debut collection is clean cut, monochrome and personifies contemporary beauty.

PARIS SHOWROOMS| Lera Leshchova SS14

SS14 Paris showrooms will showcase twenty designers to a large amount of buyers, press and bloggers. This season, Lera Leshchova, one of the most popular Ukrainian designers, will showcase her latest collection from her label L L. Leshchova’s brand L L is one of the fastest growing brands on the Ukrainian market.

Her designs are pure, timeless and clean and she uses supreme quality materials, unexpected textures, and meticulous attention to detail. The Leschova woman is stylish, open-minded and independent. She knows what she likes and doesn’t conform to fleeting trends.

Leschova’s SS14 collection reflects this ideal- the pieces are classic and smart with plenty of impact. Elegantly lengthy gowns and pretty dresses, decadent satins, hints of feminine fuchsia and sparkling folds of sparkling lurex provide a visual feast for the eyes.

At Paris Showrooms, Lera will be presenting her beautiful new collection.

Graduating from the London College of Fashion, accessory designer Taeseok Kang creates couture handbags that feature an unlikely material: human hair. Showcased in sleek black leather, the edgy accessory pieces feature tress-infused details that include braided hair handles and ponytail-like tassels.

His past collection titled Sexual Humorous translated the human body and explored themes of androgyny as well as the “palpable sensations that manifest from the sexual instinct of a human”.

Almost surrealist, Taeseok Kang introduces us to a new perspective on design that celebrates the provocative and the taboo.

We look forward to seeing more of Taeseok Kang, as one of many talented designers at the Paris Showrooms.
